Ever since I was a little girl, pink has been my favorite color. With Valentine's day coming up, theres no better way to get into the spirit than to break this pop of color into your wardrobe.
For my outfit of the day I decided to wear a Gap sweater with a vintage, Lilly Pulitzer Houndstooth-print skirt. If you know me at all, you know I absolutely LOVE thrift shopping. I found this perfect condition skirt at a Goodwil in Connecticut for under $15.
There is nothing like the thrill of finding a piece that you love for a fraction of the retail price. For anyone looking to spice up their wardrobe with some new items while on a strict budget like myself, I recommend searching through their local Goodwill or Savers store. Surprisingly enough, most of my favorite pieces of clothing I have stumbled across in a thrift or consignment store. From Ralph Lauren button-downs to Vineyard Vines shorts with the tags still attached, I have found it all. Who wouldn't take advantage of insane deals like that?
I threw on some old black booties from Target, my favorite pink lipstick and this lovely pair of Kate Spade earrings to finish off my look.
Hope you enjoyed my look!
