I'm back in Boston for the summer, and have started my internship! I am living in an apartment on Northeastern's campus, with an incredible view of the rest of the city. I'm so grateful to be living here and able to enjoy city life once again!
One of my favorite parts about moving somewhere new is decorating and making my new home feel like home should feel. I had a vision of what I was looking to do, and I'm excited with how it all turned out.
I love a clean look, so I stuck with white decorations including a new white comforter from PBTeen. I also bought these beautiful two fur throw pillows from TJ Maxx. One of the main things I wanted to do for my new room was create a gallery wall. I bought these two prints from Holly Nichols, an illustrator from the area. They are too cute! I also got another print from my Little Tymber, so I loved being able to hang it up on my gallery wall too.
I also hung curtains above my closet, and my to do list white board I bought last summer at Homegoods. The last decoration I bought were globe christmas lights from Big Lots.
My desk I turned into more of a vanity, using jewelry and makeup storage I bought from Homegoods last summer. For my earrings and rings I have a tray I got from my Big Devin, and a little pineapple dish from Primark.
This pineapple lamp and gold A are from TJ Maxx as well (surprise, surprise!).
I've definitely been able to make this apartment feel like home, and I'm looking forward to the summer ahead!
