My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Tips and My Top Picks

July 13, 2018

Happy Friday!

Arguably the biggest sale of the year is finally here! I'm not a huge Nordstrom shopper, but I can't pass up a good deal when they come around. I'm not a cardholder, so I'll be shopping the sale when it opens up to everyone on the 20th! That being said here are my tips for shopping the sale on that first day:

1. Wake Up Early

If you want to get the best deals before things sell out, make sure you set your alarm so you're ready with coffee in hand for when the sale starts.

2. Have a List

When you have a list, it's easier to stick to a budget. Look through the early access sneak peek and list your faves along with the style number so you can search quickly when the sale opens up to the public.

3. Use Both Mobile and Desktop

The more platforms you're prepared on, the better!

4. Shop Online, Then in Store

If you shop your list online, you will have better luck actually getting what you wanted in the first place. Then you can go to the store and feel free to get sidetracked and shop around.

I'm really trying to stick to two categories for this sale that I'll be mostly shopping under (that post-college budget) and those are coats and shoes. I really need some new booties to enjoy in the fall, and I also want a new fall coat!

This Wubby Fleece Pullover has been on my list for a while! Perfect for winter nights.

Same with this Shearling Coat, which I've heard runs small so size up!

This Midi Coat is great for those brisk fall days, but light enough that you won't be sweating to death.

Lastly, these pairs of shoes I will undoubtedly be shopping. I love the studs, fun prints, and versatility of these pieces. Click the pictures to shop these shoes!

I will have a full post with what I actually purchase, along with instagram story try-ons. Keep a look out, and good luck with shopping the sale! I'd love to hear what you're most excited about getting!
